We focus on functional strength training. The exercises we do enhance the natural performance of your body in everyday life. Train with us and you will have a strong flexible spine protected by a strong core, balanced leg muscles and flexible shoulders. Your body will burn excess fat, build lean muscle and achieve optimal cardiovascular health. Our training builds your best kinetic chain. This means that every joint, muscle, bone, tendon and ligament will be strong and balanced. We cannot correct every ailment; however we can make most imbalances better and stronger.
With you every step of the way
The answer is definitely no! What we are going to do is to train you from wherever you are to use your full body in each exercise. When you use a machine you don’t have to engage the core. Not so when you are holding a plank position, for example. Every muscle in the body is engaged to hold your body up! Starting with basic exercises and building you up to balancing exercises and pull ups, for example, if that is part of your potential, we progress you so you are challenged at all times but not stressed.
